Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

 

Under UK and EU consumer law, made-to-order or personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

 

However, if there’s an issue with your order — such as a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage during shipping — we’ll make it right.

 

International orders are shipped via our fulfilment partners. Delivery times vary by region. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at federation@perama.co including:

1. your order number

2. a brief description of the issue

3. clear photos of the item

 

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

Returns are only accepted with prior approval and instructions from the PERAMA Federation Team.

 

Where a physical return is required, the return location will be provided after your request has been approved.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue has been confirmed.

 

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
