DELIVERY
When will I get my order?
Each item is made to order. Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and can be estimated as follows:
- United States: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
International orders are shipped via our fulfilment partners. Delivery times vary by region. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Where will my order ship from?
PERAMA International works with an on-demand fulfilment partner with facilities in multiple regions worldwide. Orders are produced and shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible.
Customs & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
My order should be here by now — what should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please check the following:
- Your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- With your local postal service to see if they have your package
- With neighbours in case the courier left it with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package hasn’t arrived, please contact us at federation@perama.co with your order number.
If there was an error in the delivery address, we may be able to send a replacement, but additional shipping costs may apply.
